When placed over operable single pane windows, Standard Indow window inserts reduce window noise by 10 dBA, which is up to a 50% sound dampening performance. You can also choose Acoustic Indow inserts that dampen noise by 18.9 dBA (over 70% window noise reduction) when placed over operable single pane windows.*
